Commerce is releasing funding opportunities for affordable multifamily housing operators and developers to preserve affordability in properties currently serving Washington communities. MHU has elected to offer up to 10,000,000 of the appropriated funds to projects that are at risk of losing affordability due to expiration of use restrictions via this NOFA. This includes projects that are exiting the HTF portfolio.
