The Building Communities Fund Program provides grants of up to 25% of capital costs to buy, build or renovate community and social service centers, helping expand access to services in communities with the greatest need. To qualify, your project must buy, build or improve a non-residential facility, serve a distressed or low-income community, and need state funding to move forward.
