Cannabis Social Equity Program Technical Assistance and Grants

Washington Department of Commerce is initiating this Request for Proposal (RFP) from consultants or firms qualified and interested in program administration for the Cannabis Social Equity Program (CSEP) Technical Assistance and Grant Program under SB 5080. Development and administration of the program in collaboration with the department will include implementation of a mentorship roster, development of grant criteria for social equity applicants, procurement of secure technology services, development of a grant portal, delivery of customer service and technical assistance, fraud mitigation, and disbursement of grant funds and related follow-up activities.
