Eligible Activities
This funding will allow NTAPs to develop, deliver, coordinate, and evaluate TA for health centers. Specifically, activities can include the following under each category:
1. Development of technical assistance resources
• Creating training content, guides, toolkits, tool libraries, or best-practice resources that help health centers improve clinical and operational outcomes.
• Building online modules, learning platforms, and resource hubs tailored to health center needs (e.g., quality improvement, care delivery models).
2. Delivery of training and technical assistance
• Conducting webinars, workshops, seminars, and courses that provide actionable guidance to health centers.
• Holding individual, small-group, and cohort-based sessions to support implementation of tools and practices.
• Peer learning activities that enhance health center workforce knowledge and skills.
3. Coordination and evaluation of TA efforts
• Organizing and managing national cohorts, collaborative learning networks, or structured improvement activities that support multiple health centers.
• Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of TA delivery, collecting outcomes data, and reporting results.
4. Support for health center performance improvement
TA that helps health centers:
• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality primary care.
• Enhance operational effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of services.
• Address emergent public health needs and compliance with Health Center Program requirements.
