From WA Department of Commerce

The Washington Department of Commerce is soliciting applications for funding of rental units to be set aside for clients referred by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, under the HUD Section 811 Project Rental Assistance program. Project-based rental assistance fills the gap between the tenant’s rent share and the approved rent amount for a designated unit. Projects proposed in Cowlitz, Kitsap, Pierce, Skagit, Snohomish and Whatcom Counties currently underserved by this program will receive additional priority points during this funding round.
