Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) Center State Competition

The NIST Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) is seeking competitive applications from eligible applicants to enter into a cooperative agreement with NIST to operate a MEP Center in the States of Idaho, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. In FY26, NIST anticipates funding eight MEP Center cooperative agreements in each of the eligible states over at least 5 years. The MEP Centers will provide comprehensive manufacturing extension services to small and mid-sized manufacturers (SMMs) and will become part of the MEP National Network.
