Support the District Energy Campus Upgrades Committee

Commerce is accepting proposals from nonprofit organizations to support the District Energy Campus Upgrades Committee, established by the 2026 supplemental capital budget (SSB 6003). The committee drives data-driven, cost-effective investments to decarbonize state district energy systems, improve energy efficiency of state-owned buildings, and identify opportunities for state agencies to advance decarbonization projects within existing budget constraints. The selected nonprofit will facilitate committee meetings, prepare a report prioritizing capital projects for state campuses, and analyze barriers to energy-as-a-service models and public-private partnerships. Only nonprofit organizations are eligible to apply.
