Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)

From WA Department of Commerce

The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) provides free weatherization and energy efficiency upgrades to eligible low-income households to help reduce energy costs and improve health and safety. The Department of Commerce allocates federal and state funds to local agencies who specialize in insulation, air sealing, ventilation, and more. Through this program, Local Weatherization Agencies (by county) are able to ensure your home stays cozy in the winter and cool in the summer.
