      Applicants must show project relevance and applicability to rural and tribal transportation. Applications should contain at least one of the following for rural and tribal transportation providers, including, but not limited to: (A) Creating transportation partnerships (tribal, nonprofit, transit agencies). (B) Trainings, tools and resources. (C) Organizational capacity development in the areas of safety, risk management, and civil rights compliance, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
