Farm to School Implementation Grant

The Patrick Leahy Farm to School Grant Program helps schools serve more locally grown foods and teach students where their food comes from. Schools can use the grants to start or grow programs that include activities like taste tests, school gardens, field trips, and adding local foods to school meals. For 2025, the goal of the Farm to School Implementation Grant is to make it easier for schools and eligible sites to get local foods and include hands-on agricultural education in their programs.
