The U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Loan Programs Office (LPO) is now accepting applications for the Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing (ATVM) Loan Program. This program offers up to $10 billion in loans to support automotive manufacturing conversion projects that help retain high-quality jobs in communities with existing manufacturing facilities.

      Multiple States or jurisdictions may submit a joint application and must identify a lead applicant as the primary point of contact. Each project party in a joint application must be an Eligible Applicant. Joint applications must include a description of the roles and responsibilities of each project party and must be signed by each project party.

      The BIL requires that FY 2025 RAISE funds are only available for obligation through September 30, 2029.
