All work must directly impact disadvantaged communities as defined by the EPA’s Environmental Justice Screening Too (through EPA IRA Disadvantaged Communities Map and/or the Climate and Economic Justice Screening Tool Map). We are prioritizing funding in the following states: Arizona, California, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Wisconsin, and Washington.
