      Eligible grant activities include:
      (1) Integrating salmon recovery plans into local planning processes;
      (2) Developing monitoring and adaptive management practices for critical areas protection;
      (3) Improving code enforcement for activities that negatively impact salmon habitat;
      (4) Creating programs to incentivize developers to create low-impact development approaches;
      (5) Advancing program that promote infill development;
      (6) Developing programs for preserving and enhancing forest hydrology; and
      (7) Coordinating public works funding for infrastructure development to improve stormwater protection
