In Spring 2025, ENERGYWERX, a Partnership Intermediary for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), will be launching the Interconnection Innovation e-Xchange (i2X) Program’s Distributed Energy Resources Interconnection Solutions Collaboratives (DERISC) Opportunity. This $8 million DERISC Opportunity will fund up to eight local, state, or regional collaboratives to facilitate interconnection process improvements which align with stakeholders needs, using any of the 39 solutions identified in the DOE's Distributed Energy Resource (DER) Interconnection Roadmap.
