State Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate Program (HEAR)
From WA Department of Commerce (COM) Energy Division
Through local and community administrators, this program provides rebates and incentives for energy-efficient equipment installation, such as heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, and electrical panel upgrades. Eligible recipients for these rebates can include low- and moderate-income single- and multi-family households, small businesses, and adult family homes, but individual eligibility is determined by the local administrator, as are eligible products for rebates.
