The Washington Department of Commerce is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in preparing guidance documents for developing effective transit-oriented development (TOD) station areas, consistent with Chapter 267, Laws of 2025 (House Bill 1491). This work includes providing a comprehensive guidebook, model ordinance and templates, micro-videos, quick guides, factsheets, and possible GIS mapping and 3D mockups for TOD development. Funding will not exceed $350,000, split over two fiscal years.
